Q: Where are your candles made and designed?
A: All of our candles are hand-poured and designed in Melbourne, Australia. 

Q: What type of wax do you use in your candles?
A: We use premium soy wax for all of our candles. Soy wax is a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional paraffin wax. It's like the plant-based milk of the candle world.

Q: How long will my candle burn for?
A: The burn time for our candles varies depending on the size, but on average, our candles will burn for around 40-50 hours. 

Q: How can I prolong the life of my candle?
A: To prolong the life of your candle, please refer to our candle care blog post for tips and tricks on how to properly care for your candle. 

Q: How can I recycle or repurpose my candle holder?
A: Once your candle is finished, you can clean the inside of the holder and use it as a planter, a storage container, or even as a candle holder again by refilling it with a new candle. You can also take advantage of our reusing initiative by sending back your used candle holder to us for a refill. It's like giving your candle holder a second chance at life.

Q: How should I store my candle?
A: To prolong the life of your candle, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and drafts. 

Q: Can I return or exchange a candle?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges for candles. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to resolve it. We want you to be happy, even if your candle is not.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we do not ship internationally. But we are working on it and will update our customers soon. We want to share the love and spread the Oroma-therapy globally.

Q: Can I find your candles in any brick and mortar stores?
A: Currently, we do not have any physical store locations. However, you can find us at various market stalls around Melbourne. We will always post the location and dates on our social media pages, so make sure to follow us to stay updated!
